Well, the new year is off to a good start and we're already saying goodbye to January. Time flies by so quickly, and I'm sure blessed to be able to spend time looking at all the beautiful cards you share with us here at Word Art Wednesday. It's still impossible for me to log in at Splitcoast Stampers, but I try to get to most of the other entries. If I, or another DT Member, didn't get by your blog; please know that I really do appreciate you SO much. I wish you could all know just how much it means to me when I see your wonderful cards linked to our gallery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Our word art scripture for this challenge was really made with a sweet font. It's Psalm 139:5 and it says, "Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me". This verse was written by David; and as you may remember, David had an often-troubled life because of sin he allowed to enter into his life. As a result, David was truly amazed at how God would protect him from enemies on all sides, present or past (behind and before) and how God would lay His mighty hand upon David despite his sinfulness. You see, when we give our life to God; He is going to protect us from all sides. He is going to lay His hands on us, provide for us, and watch over us at all times. Much like David, I'm truly amazed at the unconditional love of God. He continues to amaze me and bless me every day despite the enemy's attempts to draw me away from God. NOTHING will ever move me from my relationship with Jesus. He encompasses me from behind and before and lays His hand upon me even though, like David, I'm a sinner. Praise God for His never-changing unconditional love for us all.
