Anything Goes/Weeks #432-433

Welcome back to Word Art Wednesday, everyone.  We realize that you're all going through various struggles as we face this pandemic together, and our hope is that rather than worrying or getting stressed out, that you will TRUST God and call on HIM for all your needs.  He loves us and wants to be our strength (during this difficult time, and always) and if we stand strong in our faith, we cannot be moved.  God WILL take care of us.  Please stay safe and healthy, dear friends.  We're happy to pray for your specific needs.  Just let us know.  We really do care about you all.  Thanks for playing along with us.

How cute is the word art/scripture font for our focus verse?  I just love the sweetness to that font; and similarly, this is also a sweetness to this little verse.  Sometimes just a little "nugget" or "tidbit" from God's Word like this can be such a BIG blessing to us.  Our verse says "He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great".  We know that when we "fear" God, it means to be reverent and to live morally pure knowing (with full awareness) that He is our holy and just God who will one day judge us all.  I can speak personally that He has most certainly blessed me, and that He continues to bless me each and every minute of every day.  We're facing a difficult time right now, dear friends.  May I offer the solution to it ALL?  It's Jesus Christ, and the fear of God which leads to GREAT BLESSINGS.  And His blessings are, obviously, for everyone...both small and great.  It doesn't matter how you define "small and great" either.  You can think of it as being about our troubles great and small, or you can think of it referring to people who are famous and infamous, young and old, tall and short, fat and skinny, smart and slow, etc.  The blessings of God are for ALL who simply choose to "fear" Him, and it applies to every aspect of our lives.  Here's a fact:  He (Jesus Christ) IS GOD, and He IS in control, and He IS coming again.  The blessed (mentioned in this verse) will spend eternity with Him in Heaven, and the cursed (those who reject Him) will spend eternity in Hell.  WHAT?  Did she just say that out loud?  Yup!  I did.  Because it's simple and true.  Are you BLESSED?  This isn't to shame anyone or to hurt anyone's feelings; it's a simple truth from God's Word.  We really hope that you will call on the name of Jesus, and be BLESSED - because this is what He wants for us all.  His gift of eternal life is free, it never runs out on grocery shelves, and it can never be taken away from you.  It's available to everyone, and it's the absolute best thing you can get to protect you from whatever chaos is going on in the world.  Whatever the trouble....Jesus is the answer.  #blessed

As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computer; but you are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges or to win.   We welcome you to share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards).  You may link up to five (5) projects each week, for a total of ten (10) entries per two-week challenge. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning.  It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".  Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to the guidelines.  Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone.  We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules.  Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!

Thank you for the wonderful devotional - I really appreciate it now more than ever. I think we all need to be reminded that God is in control. My favourite scripture is Psalm 55:22 as I always find comfort in it. Thank you for another link-up, scripture art, beautiful inspiration, uplifting words, and generous prize! I will certainly be back to join in as it's always a joy to visit this challenge. Big congrats to all of the winners and top picks!

Happy Dance day to me for the lovely win of that sweet berry wreath stamp - Yeah - thank you very much and Happy Dance day to Esther as well for her win-- also the selections of the tops are fabulous.

I agree with your devotional - I was studying on "the Fear of the Lord this week" and here is something I learned - The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and " when you FEAR the coming Judge Jesus [John 5:22] - you THEN recognize He [Jesus] is full of Mercy" - quote by Francis Chan.

Thank you for the devotional - yes there is a hell to shun and a heaven to gain - Heaven is for those who accept Christ Jesus as their Savior - the WORLD needs to know these truths - because the TRUTH will set them FREE - blessings

I just realized that I posted my card (#21) on my blog last night and then entered it into your challenge today... so it actually should have been in the last challenge. My mistake! Can you delete it for me? Thanks!
