Welcome back for another FUN challenge here at Word Art Wednesday. We have a wonderful sponsor, a brief devotional to encourage you, a very lucky winner, and some great inspiration to get you started. It's always more fun when everyone joins in the fun. The scripture used for this challenge is Proverbs 30:5 and it says, "Every word of God is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him". The first part of this verse tells us that every word of God is pure. As we've discussed before, this word "pure" reminds us that our human minds are not anywhere even close to the mind of our Almighty God. When we hear that "His words are pure", it means that His words are much higher, wiser and more meaningful than our own. We can't even comprehend ALL that His words and His wisdom have for us. Only by learning (more) of Him can we even begin to understand His great plan for us as we begin to understand Him and know Him more intimately. As we grow in the Lord, His words (Word - the Bible) will begin to make more and more sense to us and will become clearer and more helpful to us as we learn how to implement His teachings into our lives. As the years pass, we can re-examine a verse we've known for years; and suddenly it has new meaning. This wisdom is given to us and its meaning will continue to grow and to bless us over time. That's because His teachings are "pure" - true, deep and powerful. The verse also goes on to tell us that God is our shield, and that as our faith in Him grows, our understanding of God grows and we continue to be blessed deeper and deeper as we seek Him. Although God NEVER changes and His Word NEVER changes, we will receive more and more from it as we grow in our Christian maturity. God has ALL the answers you're seeking. Just call on Him, draw near to Him, and let Him be your shield as He imparts His amazing wisdom to you through His precious Word.

We welcome you to share all of your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family friendly. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards).
