WOW! Time really does fly when you're having fun. It really and truly does seem like just a short time ago when we started here at Word Art Wednesday, and we're already celebrating our 100th Challenge. We praise God for the success and growth of our challenge blog, and for all the blessings He has given to us. We have an amazing and committed group of ladies on our Design Team who love the Lord, so many awesome participants who share their beautiful art each week, and loads of generous sponsors - all of which (Design Team, participants and sponsors) have been given to us by the grace of God! He is SO GOOD, and we're blessed beyond words. THANK YOU to every single one of you for your part in making Word Art Wednesday the best scrapbooking/card/art challenge blog in the entire world!
This week's word art/scripture is a familiar verse (Ecclesiastes 3:1). In fact, there was even a popular song written that was based on this scripture. Some of you may be singing it in your heads right now. What a beautiful passage; knowing that everything in this world has an appointed time, and that it is ALL part of God's perfect plan. Our pastor shared a video with us in church Sunday night, and I wanted to share it with all of you. It reminded me (as I hope it reminds you) that our words, our actions, and everything we do, can have a very powerful, and even eternal, impact on people. There is an appointed time for everything (even the salvation of souls that some people may think would never come to the Lord, Jesus Christ). Don't ever underestimate your actions toward others. There is a time and purpose to EVERY THING under Heaven!

BIG NEWS: We have started a Facebook Page for Word Art Wednesday. If you're a Facebook user, we hope that you will join/become a Member of our Facebook Group; and as soon as we have 100 members, there will be a random drawing for an awesome die-cut. We're getting closer! Check out our Facebook Group for more details.
As always, you are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. You can also link more than one project each week (up to 5 each week). The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". They have been revised, and we ask that you check them out if you aren't familiar with our challenge guidelines. Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to these guidelines. Please keep this in mind with Halloween approaching. While we know that your Halloween cards are all in good fun, they are not appropriate for our challenges, and we don't want to have to delete any entries. Thanks for understanding!

Beautiful inspiration ladies!! I always end my post with a Scripture and before knowing what the verse was at WAW, I had Eccl 3:1 chosen for mine! To God be the glory!!
Thanks for another challenge and for the DT inspiration - I will check out the Facebook page today. Congs on 100th post! Way to go!
What a powerful message the video sends, hope it reaches many people.
Congratulations on 100 challenges - that is wonderful!
I love this week's scripture - however, when I downloaded it, I could only get the thumbnail, not the full-size version as you usually offer. So it will be difficult to use as it gets blurry when I enlarge it. If possible, could you please email the scripture to me at fitkitty1@gmail.com. I would be very grateful to have the scripture - it's one of my favourites.
Thank you for your fun challenges each week and your free scripture word art.
Thank you so much for listing me as a top three choice! How sweet of you! : )

I particularly like this weeks selection - it is beautifully done and an excellent and usable verse. When I tried to download it, however, it wasn't a hot link to a larger version and when I printed it out, the resolution was low. Can this be remedied?
