WELCOME to our final challenge of the year AND our annual Christmas Blog Hop. We're so glad you've chosen to join us. We have another awesome sponsor, Sunny Studio Stamps, as well as a six-stop Blog Hop where you can comment to win six additional AWESOME prizes as you hop along. Just use the Blog Hop list below to visit the blogs of our DT Members and leave a comment on each blog. That way, you'll be entered to win the extra prizes being offered on each blog. As always, of course, there's also a (grand) prize that will go to one randomly selected participant in our regular challenge.
Our scripture of focus for this challenge is Ecc. 11:5 which says, "As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child, even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all". Over the years, wise men (and women) including doctors, physicists, archeologists, meteorologists, scientists, explorers, and people from all over the world in every field of study have thoroughly examined each subject imaginable. They've learned SO much about so many things that were once a mystery to mankind. However, there is NOBODY who can explain the way of the spirit (God's ways). Nor has anyone ever figured out (and never will figure out) just how the bones grow in the womb of a pregnant woman, nor have they (or will they ever) figure out the mighty works of God - the maker and creator of everything. The reason why people can't figure out these things is simply that we are not meant to understand the things of God because His ways are higher and purer and greater than ours, and the human mind isn't capable of comprehending the amazing greatness of His wisdom. You see....God knows EVERYTHING. He sees the bigger (entire) picture of the past, the present, and the things to come (both tomorrow and years from now) in ways we couldn't possibly comprehend. Because God alone is all-knowing and has the ultimate outcomes already determined; He alone makes all things happen. And that's quite alright. Just knowing that there is an all-knowing loving God who has EVERYTHING under control should comfort us greatly. The next time you're stressed, just remember that we aren't meant to understand it all. But God has it ALL figured out. Trust in that truth; and find strength in the fact that God loves you, wants His very best for your life, and has it ALL under control - even when you don't quite understand it.
As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computers; but you are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges or to win. We welcome you to share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). Let's just keep it family friendly and appropriate for everyone. You may link up to five (5) projects each week, for a total of ten (10) entries per two-week challenge. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to the guidelines. Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone. We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules. Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation.

Thank you for another challenge, gorgeous inspiration, beautiful scripture art, and devotionals. I just finished your inspirational blog hop and was happy to get a close-up look at everyone's cards. I realize I am not eligible to win your giveaways since I live in Canada but I want to support you in any case. There is so much wickedness in the world today and we are seeing it more and more as Satan and his demons try to turn people away from Jesus - it is nice to come here to spend time with like-minded crafters and enjoy the word of God - thank you! Blessings to you all!
