Welcome back to another great challenge here at Word Art Wednesday. We're always SO grateful to have you stop by to join us. We have another great challenge ready for you with an AMAZING sponsor. We also have a lucky winner from our last challenge, lots of fabulous inspiration, and a few words of encouragement. We're always so grateful to have you join us, and we do hope that your experience here will be a good one. Best of luck to everyone in the random draw each time. I try to always remember to say a quick prayer just before I hit the random generator and ask God to pick someone who needs a pick-me-up for some reason, or who He knows maybe just hasn't had a good win in a while. We hope that you've been blessed by our generous crafting community, and that you enjoy the fellowship of the challenges where you enter your art. If it were up to us, every single person who enters our challenges would win a prize, because your entries are all so amazing. We appreciate you so much, really.
Our word art scripture is Proverbs 23:25 and it's a verse that speaks of the joy that parents feel when their children are walking with God. With Mother's Day approaching, let me encourage everyone to remember to honor our mother (father/parents) by thanking God for giving us all the exact parents He did. Nobody's parents are/were perfect. Not everyone's childhood was filled with goodness and favor. Yet, we were born into our family and our circumstances for a reason. God has a perfect plan for each of us. Whatever your situation and whatever your circumstances when it comes to parents/family, etc. I encourage you to find what is good, and give God thanks for those things. When we choose to focus on what is good, we will think less about what is negative. For those of us with a mother (family) that was supportive in your walk as a Christian, I encourage you to thank God (and your mother/parents) for that. If it was less than favorable, I encourage you to remember God's love for you. He is the Father who will never leave you nor forsake you. He's really all you need....in this life, and to spend the rest of eternity with Him in Heaven. We wish you all a very happy and blessed Mother's Day this week. We also wish for those who are hurting over the loss or absence of their mother in their lives the hope of God's ability to completely fill any void and heal any hurt you're dealing with in your life. He is always enough, and He cares so much about you that He wants you to lay all your burdens on Him so that you don't have to carry them alone. Those are His words, not mine. Just call on His precious name, and know that He is always going to be there for you. Have a wonderful week, everyone.
As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computer; but you are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges or to win. We welcome you to share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week, for a total of ten (10) entries per two-week challenge. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to the guidelines. Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone. We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules. Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
