Welcome to Word Art Wednesday, everyone. Thanks for stopping by to play along in our FUN challenges. We have another great one ready for you with an AWESOME sponsor, Stamp Simply Clear Stamps. We also have some amazing inspiration for you as well as a devotional that we hope will be a blessing to you during this difficult time. Many people are struggling for answers right now; and it's our prayer that you will look to the Lord, Jesus Christ, for all your needs.
Our word art scripture is Hebrews 1:10 and it tells us that the LORD (Jesus Christ) created everything. That's a tough one for some people to comprehend. Hey, I get it. The human mind has trouble comprehending things that simply don't compute in our limited (human) minds. The whole concept of creation defies what our minds are able to understand. As humans, we only know the things we've seen and understand. But you see, God's ways are so much higher and greater than ours. If God explained it all to us in detail, our human minds still couldn't comprehend it all. That's because we think logically, and we base our thinking on what we know, what we see, and what history tells us. We're limited because we think in human terms (i.e. everyone has a beginning/birth and an end/death); but God is different. He IS time, and He has always existed. That's another hard one for us to comprehend. You see, the things of God are SO much higher and greater; and to comprehend it all, WE MUST HAVE FAITH. What is faith? The Bible tells us that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. You see, our minds can't comprehend all the things of God because He is not human. While yes, He "became flesh and dwelt among us"; God Almighty (the LORD) is not human. He is SO much more, so much higher and greater. It takes faith to accept the things that we can't simply explain. But that doesn't mean they aren't true. The Bible also tells us that "blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed". One day, those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior will be in His presence; but we won't be in human form. Again, so difficult to understand and yet so true. And at that time when we'll be able to ask Him about all these things that we never quite understood while here on Earth, these questions won't even be important to us any longer. Once we are in His presence in our eternal form, we will understand. The questions we have now won't be an issue for us any longer. Strange? Yes, somewhat. But that's what makes God SO special and SO unlike any other "god". God/Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to Heaven. He is the ONLY God who is qualified to offer Himself as a perfect spotless sacrifice for our sins, and the ONLY one who suffered death, came back to life, was seen by hundreds of witnesses after His resurrection, and who has gone to prepare an eternal home for those who choose to practice FAITH by accepting His precious gift. So, if you have doubts or questions; that's normal. We are human. We do encourage you, however, to look to qualified individuals who have extensively studied God's Word when trying to sort out these questions. One thing we know for certain is that "by GRACE (God's gift on the cross) we are saved through FAITH". It takes us being willing to accept, through faith, what God has done for us. And trust me, all those questions will sort themselves out and make sense when it really matters. Life is short. Eternity is a LONG time. Today is a great day to step out in FAITH and ask God to come into your heart and guide your life. You will never regret stepping out in faith. Great are the works of His hands.

As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computer; but you are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges or to win. We welcome you to share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week, for a total of ten (10) entries per two-week challenge. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to the guidelines. Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone. We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules. Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
