Welcome back, everyone! It's a brand new week, and time for another fun challenge here at Word Art Wednesday. We have two more FABULOUS prizes for you this week, and we're already excited to see all the amazing cards and projects you'll make and share. We're very grateful that you choose to link your creations with us, and we hope you know that every single entry we receive is a greatly appreciated blessing to us!
GUEST DESIGN TEAM OPENING - We need your help! We're looking for a Guest Designer for the Month of November. Yes, November! This is short notice, and we would be able to give you the word art files right away so that you can start working on your projects. It would involve creating four cards or projects (one for each Wednesday of the month), and each card or project MUST use the digital scripture/word art file provided. If you are interested in being considered for the November Guest Designer position with us, please include the letters GDT after your name when you enter the challenge. You are also welcome to email me with your request (See Contact Us Tab).

Let me ask you a question. What is the first thing you do each morning? Stretch, yawn, stand and greet the day? This week's scripture, Psalm 5:3, tells us of another approach to the morning, and its one that I highly recommend. It says "My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord, in the morning I will direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up." Many of us will say, "I don't always have time to pray in the morning". It's true. We really are busy in the morning. But let me say this, in the same amount of time it takes to stand up and stretch, and get your bones aligned for the day, you could be praying. I strongly encourage you to start your day, every day, this way. When you wake up in the morning to stretch, just call out to God and say something very simple such as, "Dear Lord, hear my cry to you and meet my needs today." We certainly ALL have time for that, don't we? I promise you that by calling out to God and praying to Him every morning, you will quickly find that He will not only hear that prayer, but that He will answer it. He will meet your needs each day, and His grace will always be sufficient. As the day progresses, and things get hectic, pray again! You can quickly call out to God ANY time, ANY where, and for ANY reason. He cares, He hears, and He answers. Prayer literally means "to ask of God", but He can't answer your prayers if you don't ASK Him. Let this be the week that changes your life forever. Start each morning with a prayer to God, seek Him throughout the day, talk with Him and make Him your friend; and then watch as He answers your prayers and blesses you. What a blessing to be able to directly access the One true God; the ONLY One who can answer prayer. Call on the Lord!
As always, you are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to these guidelines (dark images, etc.). Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
We hope that it will be a blessing to you!
