Anything Goes #434-#435

Welcome!  It's time for another FUN challenge here at Word Art Wednesday, and we couldn't be more delighted to have YOU join us.  We have another winner, an awesome sponsor (with a FAB prize they're offering), our brief devotional, and lots of inspiration for you.  Let's get started right away.

Our word art was created using the verse 1 Corinthians 6:14 which says, "And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by His own power".  As we approach Easter, and all throughout the year, we CELEBRATE the fact of how Jesus Christ, God in human flesh and being the perfect sinless sacrifice for our sinful condition willing GAVE UP His life to pay that debt for mankind.  But it didn't end there....God raised up the Lord, Jesus Christ from death to life.  While Jesus really did die that day on the cross, He didn't stay dead.  PRAISE GOD, He raised up Jesus from the dead and He went to prepare a place for us (those who accept Him and what He did on the cross) to spend eternity with Him.  Jesus paid the debt, God raised up Jesus Christ, He has prepared a place for us.  And God has raised up us by His own power as well.  He wants to know you.  He wants you to call on Him.  God is enough.  You don't have to jump through any hoops.  Simply call on Jesus, ask Him to raise up YOUR HEART to meet Him where He is - waiting patiently for you.  He loves you SO much, and wants only for YOU to call on Him so that He can also raise up (you) all mankind.  It's easy, it's free, it's eternal security and a life that is blessed.  God has raised up Jesus, His son.  Have you allowed Jesus to raise up your soul by His power?  The Lord loves you and wants to know and always.

As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computer; but you are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges or to win.   We welcome you to share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards).  You may link up to five (5) projects each week, for a total of ten (10) entries per two-week challenge. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning.  It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".  Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to the guidelines.  Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone.  We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules.  Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
