We have SO much for which we need to give thanks to God. This is true in our personal lives, in our country, and even here in the ministry of Word Art Wednesday. We can't go into detail on the specifics of this particular praise because we don't want to create a problem for the sponsor, or put demands on them to do the same everywhere, but we just HAD to acknowledge that God has once again answered prayer in providing for our challenge blog. We hit a "hiccup", and prayed about it, and God proved Himself, once again as always, to be the AWESOME God He is by providing for our need allowing us to keep our challenge blog running. ALL the praise goes to Him, but we really do want you to look at all those amazing sponsors on our sidebar, and know that we are SO grateful for each and every one of them! And let me also say that some of our 2014 sponsors will knock your socks off. GOD IS SO GOOD!
Our word art/scripture for this week is Psalm 127:4-5a and it tells us that a man (person's) children are like arrows in his quiver that will defend them in times of trouble. The more arrows a warrior carried in his quiver (or the more children a person has), just adds even more support to them throughout their lives. We enjoy our children while they are young, and we take care of them. In return, when we are old, our children will be there to take care of us when we need their support. Even those who don't have biological children of their own can be blessed by the "children" or people that God sends into their lives to bless, defend and support them. Children are a gift from God, and are such a tremendous blessing in our lives.
You are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. You can also link more than one project each week (up to 5). The more, the merrier. We just hope that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".
