Challenge #38 - NEVER Give Up!

How many of you have ever been frustrated, facing difficult trials in life, and have just felt like giving up?  I know I have.  But then, I think about what God's Word tells us about facing trials, and about trusting God to get us through those difficult times.  In 2 Timothy 4:7, Paul is speaking to Timothy, and he shares this thought.."I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."  Can you say that you've fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith?  Even when times are really rough?

I hope that when each of you are facing hard times in your lives, you will look to God for the strength, the hope, and the answers to help you hang in there and to NEVER GIVE UP.  God is faithful, and He has promised us, very simply, that "He will never leave us or forsake us".  All of us here at Word Art Wednesday want you to know that WE GET IT.  Life can be difficult.  We all have our own personal struggles and challenges, and we all feel at times like giving up.  But please know that we are here to encourage you, to pray for you, and to inspire you through our art.  We hope that it is an encouragement to you.  But if you ever need more than that, PLEASE don't hesitate to let us know that you need prayer.  We are more than happy to pray for you.

That's what we are all about here at Word Art Wednesday.  Of course, our first desire is that  our followers learn the importance of having a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; who was God in human flesh.  John 1:14 tells us (paraphrased) that The Word IS God, that God IS Jesus, and that Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us, and our eternal salvation lies therein.  We want each of you to know FOR SURE that you are on your way to Heaven when your time on earth is ended.  God's Word is so straight-forward about the simplicity of salvation.  We want to share that first and foremost.  Second, we want to be a blessing and encouragement to you through art, through sharing life's struggles, and through prayer.  And of course, our other purpose is to create and share the art God lays on all our hearts.  He has created us to be creative, and to share our gifts with one another.

We appreciate each and every one of you who participates each week.  We consider it an honor and a privilege to get to know you through our challenges.

As always, feel free to save our free weekly word art to your computer. You are welcome to use it in your entry, but not required to do so. As long as you use an encouraging or uplifting sentiment on your project, that is fine. You can also link more than one project each week. The more, the merrier. We just hope that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".

Although I didn't use your sentiment in my card, it is very appropriate to my blog post this week. Karen L, I've been wanting one of those frogs, so I'm praying I win it. Blessings!
