Annual Christmas Blog Hop - Weeks #730-733

PRIZES!  FUN!  EXCITEMENT!  Yes!  It's time for the Annual Christmas Blog Hop here at Word Art Wednesday, and we're so blessed to have you join us.  Whether you've been hopping with us for many years now or if you're new to our blog, we are SO happy to have you join us.  And, oh my, you are all in for a real treat because we have SO many great prizes this year.  One lucky person will win their choice of any one digital stamp bundle from Bonnie Garby Designs, and TWO people will win a $25 gift card to Unity Stamps, our other awesome sponsor.   There are also DOZENS OF OTHER PRIZES up for grabs.  Simply HOP from blog to blog and visit each of our lovely Design Team Members and leave a comment on their blog to enter your name in the giveaway for the prize/prizes shown on their blog.  Some blogs have multiple (awesome) PRIZES being offered.  So, not only will you be entered to WIN some really fabulous prizes by visiting them, but also, our Design Team Members really enjoy your visits and comments.  PLEASE NOTE that because this challenge is three (3) weeks long, you can enter up to 15 projects/5 per week.  (see details below) We're so excited, so let's get started.
This scripture word art is from Psalm 119:105 and it's a familiar verse as well as a familiar and much-loved song.  It reads, "Thy Word is a Lamp unto my Feet, and a Light unto my Path".  In John 1:1 we learn that "the Word" is God, that "the Word" became flesh (Jesus); and also remember that "the Word" refers to God's spoken/recorded words to us (the holy KJV Bible).  By having the power and the grace of God, Jesus, and His Word in our daily lives; our paths become illumined.  We no longer walk in the darkness feeling confused, sad or lonely.  When the WORD (all meanings given here) is truly the biggest part of us, our path is made clear by His light.  The way becomes easier to see, the darkness moves away, and we are able to live the blessed life that He intended for us to live.  God is the light of the world, and He wants to be the eternal light in your life.  If you don't yet know "the Word" in this way, today is a great day to ask God to save you from your sins and to light your way.  He's waiting to hear from us.  And...for those who do know "the Word" and live in God's grace, I encourage you to BE THE LIGHT this Christmas and all year long.  You may be the brightest light for Him that someone will ever see.  Make sure your light shines brightly for Him.  Know the light, walk in the light, be the light.  May God bless you as you continue to seek Him.

As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computer; but you are
never required to use it in order to play along or to win in our challenges.  We welcome you to share all of your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family friendly.  This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards).  You may link up to five (5) projects each week for a total of fifteen (15) entries for this three-week challenge and blog hop.  Any entries over that limit will be deleted and will make you ineligible to win.  The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning.  It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and an encouragement to you as we share it.  If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules found under our Page tab marked "Challenge Rules".  Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to our guidelines.   Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone.  We're not.  We are simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules.  Please let us know if you have any questions about anything; and thank you for your understanding and participation.

Such a fun blog hop, thank you! I just finished and am feeling very inspired. The cards and bookmarks are gorgeous. Sadly I could not find Bonnie Garby's blog post so I could not leave a comment, but it is a gorgeous card. Thank you for the wonderful scripture word art again this week - I save each one and love using them on my cards, journal cards, and in my scripture-writing journals. I am in Canada so I understand that I am not eligible for the prizes, no worries. Blessings and best wishes to all.
