Welcome by again, friends. We're so glad that you're here to play along with us. Everything is set in place for another awesome challenge here at Word Art Wednesday, and it's always an extra blessing to have you join us. We have a brief devotional, a beautiful scripture digi (free download), another lucky winner and another great prize up for grabs. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful art with us. We enjoy it so much and we appreciate you all more than words can ever express.
The scripture of focus is Psalm 33:21 which says, "For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in His holy name". This scripture is pretty straight-forward in its meaning. It's SO very true that our heart (for each human individually who has asked Christ do dwell within them and be their Lord and Savior) will always rejoice and be glad when we trust in God. This is just another reassurance of this blessed promise. When we trust in the Holy and precious name of Jesus (God in human flesh), we are filled with JOY in our lives. Our daily lives are happier, we find true peace and a joy that passes understanding. Yes, we will still face our struggles, we will still get sick, etc. But when God is where we place our trust and hope, we are always assured that we will be able to rejoice and be glad. Life is tough, and struggles will come. But when we place all our hope and trust in God, we will never be disappointed. He will always sustain us and He will cause us to rejoice with happiness, joy and praise.
As always, you are welcome to save the word art to your computer; but you are never required to use it in order to play along or to win in our challenges. We welcome you to share all of your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family friendly. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week for a total of ten (10) entries per two-week challenge. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and an encouragement to you as we share it.
