Welcome to Word Art Wednesday. We're so glad you're here to play along with us and share your wonderful art in this fun challenge. God has blessed us with the most amazing sponsors, lots of sweet inspiration from our Design Team, and just a really great place to fellowship and have fun. Let's get started with our new challenge.
The scripture that was used to create this beautiful piece of word art is Isaiah 64:8 which says, "But now, O LORD, thou art our father, we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we are the work of thy hand". This reminds us of God's supreme power over us. He created us, and as His children, He continues to "mold" us as we walk with Him. Personally, I'm glad that I'm not the same person I was when I was first saved. Not that I was a "bad" person, but like everyone, I have personal struggles. God sees all those struggles and imperfections, and He cares enough about us to continually work in our lives. He knows, and cares about all the things that we consider obstacles in our lives. As we walk with Him and learn of Him, He forms us and helps us to become the best version of ourselves so that we can reflect His goodness and love in this dark world. If you, or someone you know is unhappy, needing the "Potter" to remold and shape you into a better, happier person....here's the answer. By giving your life to God, you're promised that He will never leave you. Not in this life, or the eternal life we get with Him in Heaven. He will continue to mold and shape us into the best people we can be - making us happier and more content in this life. And, PRAISE GOD, we will spend eternity with Him in paradise. By surrendering to Him, we're assured that He will help mold us into the person He desires for us to be....a happy, blessed person with a secured eternity. Just call on Him, ask Him to save you, to keep you, to mold you, and to bless you today and forever. He's waiting to hear from you!
As always, you are welcome to save the free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week, for a total of ten (10) entries per two-week challenge. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to our guidelines. Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone. We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules. Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
