Welcome back, everyone! We have an AWESOME challenge ready for you, and we're delighted that you've stopped by to play along with us. You are all SO talented, and we just love seeing the amazing things you create to share with us. God has blessed each of you with such amazing talents, and we thank each of you for sharing your art in our challenges. Let's get started with this FUN new challenge, shall we?
Our scripture for this challenge is Psalm 118:17, and it says "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD". The words "I shall not die, but live" refers to our life here on earth (a life of grace), as well as our world to come/eternal life in Heaven (a life of glory); both of which are to be done with us declaring His mighty works and giving Him praise. The part that says "declare the works of the LORD" is telling us that we are to share His goodness to others here on earth; just as we will praise Him in our eternal home. He alone is worthy of all praise, and it's our job to lift up His holy name and let others know of His AMAZING goodness so that they will want what we have, and will come to Him for the salvation and joy we all need. This world is not our eternal home; but let's praise Him together here on earth, share His goodness with others, and rejoice in eternity with God. Tomorrow is never promised....but know that this promise NEVER FAILS.....God is enough. Just call on Him and you shall not die, but LIVE and declare the works of the LORD!
As always, you are welcome to save the free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to our guidelines. Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone. We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules. Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
