Challenge #292- #293 - Anything Goes

Welcome!  It's time for another fun challenge, and we're so glad you've joined us.  We have lots of fun planned with our FABULOUS sponsor, Simon Says Stamp, a beautiful scripture file, lots of great inspiration, and three lucky winners.  Let's get right to it and take a look at the brief devotional that DT Member, Ginny Maxam, has prepared for us.  Please note that I have posted (my version) a colored version of the word art.  I did this because, quite honestly, I forgot to save the original black version.  If you prefer the all black version, please let me know and I'll be glad to email it to you.   OK, now....here's Ginny!

Hi, this is Ginny here. I’m a member of the Design Team; and for this challenge, I am privileged to write the Word Art Wednesday devotion.  This week’s beautiful scripture (Isaiah 43:25) is one of those verses that becomes even more precious as time passes.  I have been a Christian for most of my life, and understanding this verse and the power of the forgiveness of sin is a beautiful demonstration of God's grace in my life that becomes more precious every day.  This verse guarantees that the Lord, Jesus Christ, will erase the history of our sin for all eternity; and in doing that, He also creates a beautiful life for us here on earth.  If you have never read this verse and are unfamiliar with the process of redemption through God that is available to you and your loved ones, may I suggest you pick up a Bible and start reading?  Start with the Gospel of John and discover who Jesus is, and ask Him to help you understand the beautiful plan he has for your life.  While we tend to dwell on past sins, God promises that once we've confessed our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us.  He doesn't hold an account of wrongs.  Praise God, we're forgiven (and our sin is forgotten).  What a wonderful example of how we should be.....forgiving and willing to let it all go.  Today is a great day to start clean.  Confess, be forgiven, and let it go.  Don’t wait, there is never a promise of tomorrow!

As always, you are welcome to save the free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are never required to use it in order to play along in our challenges.   We welcome you share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards).  You may link up to five (5) projects each week. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning.  It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".  Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to our guidelines.  Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone.  We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules.  Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
Here is this week's word art.  We hope
that it will be a blessing to you.
