Welcome back to Word Art Wednesday, everyone. We're so blessed that you've stopped by to play along in our new challenge, to fellowship with us, and to share your God-given talents with us through sharing the art God inspires you to create and link to our challenge. We love seeing what God inspires you to make, and we thank you for sharing it with us. By doing so, you will be eligible for our TWO awesome prizes again this challenge.
The scripture verse used for our new piece of word art is from John 3:16 which is, of course, a very familiar Bible verse to pretty much everyone. In fact, it may be one of the most quoted and well-known verse of all. What a blessing to know that because God loved the world SO MUCH, He sent His only begotten son (Jesus Christ, God in human flesh) to Calvary to pay the price for our sinfulness. God was able to do this for us BECAUSE He loves us so much, and because His perfect, sinless condition was the ONLY payment for our sins that would be worthy and satisfy the debt of our sin. I praise God for becoming flesh and dwelling among us, and for suffering, dying, and rising again from the dead as payment for our eternal existence with Him in Heaven. God is SO GOOD to care so much for us, and to provide a way for us to spend eternity with Him. At Christmas, and always, this is something we need to celebrate!
As always, you are welcome to save the free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your all your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you as we share it. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to our guidelines. Please know that this doesn't mean we are judging anyone. We're simply attempting to honor God and follow His rules. Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!
