Welcome back! It's time for another fun challenge here at Word Art Wednesday, and we are super excited to see what you will create and share with us this week. We have two more amazing sponsors with us for this challenge, and we wish you all the best of luck in the random draw for prizes at the end of the week. Here's a secret something.....if you use a sponsor digi on your entry/entries (up to five times) this week (from All Dressed Up) and leave me a comment on my blog saying you did so, you will go into a drawing for a special prize!!
This week our word art/scripture file comes from Psalm 71:14, and it says "But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more". This is a wonderful verse that reminds us of the importance as Christians to remain hopeful at all times. Having a constant attitude of hope, and the right heart mentality of always being hopeful; leads us to praise God more and more. As we have seen in our own lives, as well as in the lives of those we know; when we lose hope, we get depressed. When we remain hopeful, we remain happy and blessed. This causes us (and allows us) to constantly remain in a state of happiness - being filled with praise that just continues to increase, and lead us to a stable existence of hope, happiness and subsequent praise. If you're one of those pitiful people who dares to say, "well, I don't have anything to be hopeful about", or "my life just doesn't give me much cause to praise God"......then all I can say is, "SHAME ON YOU"!! There is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS so very much for which we can (and should) be thankful, grateful, hopeful, and filled with praise. The very fact that you are on a computer (or electronic device with internet) reading this is a praise. The fact that you have eyes to see it, and the ability to read it, those are causes for praise. The list of things for which we can remain hopeful is truly an endless list. We hope that when you read this verse (as with SO many beautiful scriptures) that it causes you to praise God for giving us such a precious gift...His precious Holy Word. He gave us the Bible to bless us and encourage us, and we have a responsibility (and a gift) to remain hopeful, which will cause us to PRAISE HIM more and more.
As always, you are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. This includes any type of altered or digital art (not just limited to cards). You may link up to five (5) projects each week. The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to these guidelines. Let us know if you have any questions, and thanks for your understanding and participation!

Thank you so much for this encouraging and hopeful scripture. I had a difficult situation to deal with today and initially felt hopeless. Later I decided to offer mercy instead of condemnation and the situation was resolved. Trusting God and letting go made all the difference. Remaining hopeful and keeping an attitude of praise really helped me through what could've been a real mess.
Very nice work DT!!!
Once again, beautiful and inspiring creations form the DT!!
