Welcome back again this week! Some of you may have noticed some changes in our Design Team recently. We want you all to know that no one has left our Team under troubled terms. In fact, each time we have lost a Design Team Member, it has been simply due to the fact that life has gotten busy and their time is just spread too thin. While we greatly miss those who have moved on, we completely understand and support their reasons for stepping down. Each time someone has stepped down, I surrender the situation the Lord; and each time, He has blessed us exceeding abundantly. This has happened once again, and God has blessed us greatly! We will be sharing our exciting news with you all very soon. ALL PRAISE TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST "who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto Him be glory"!!! Ephesians 3:20-21(a).
Our scripture/word art for this week is Galatians 6:14 and was written by the Apostle Paul. Paul lived a life that was VERY separated from the world. As Christians, we too are called to live a life that is separated from this world. As you read this passage, you will hear Paul saying that it's not about him, but about the Lord Jesus Christ. When we learn to put Christ first in everything, and get our flesh out of the way, then God is able to work through us for His ultimate glory. We encourage you all to live your lives this way - apart from the things of this world, and in complete submission to Jesus Christ. Only then will we find all the wonderful blessings He has for us.
As always, you are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges. We welcome you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. You can also link more than one project each week (up to 5 each week). The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning. It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules". They have been revised, and we ask that you check them out if you aren't familiar with our challenge guidelines. Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to these guidelines. Please keep this in mind with Halloween approaching. While we know that your Halloween cards are all in good fun, they are not appropriate for our challenges, and we don't want to have to delete any entries for content or from "dark" blogs. Thanks for understanding!
