Challenge #102 - Anything Goes

Welcome back to Word Art Wednesday for another AWESOME week of art, encouragement, and blessings, and....AMAZING PRIZES.  We are SO grateful for each one of you who shares their art with us, and we are here to encourage you in the Lord.

We hope you will read and enjoy this beautiful Chapter from the Book of Psalms.  It tells us that it is God who has given us all the attributes we have, why He gave them to us, and what they represent.  The first portion tells us very clearly that God has girded us with strength.  So the next time you hear yourself saying "I can't", please remember that God has given you far more strength than you realize.  God has given us the strength to do ALL the things that He requires of us, so don't ever use the excuse that you can't do something.  His strength is made perfect in our weakness, and He wants us to learn to lean on Him for everything.  Learning this beautiful truth will give us all we need to achieve the things God knows are best for us.  This verse also tells us that He has "set us upon high places".  So when you find yourself "down in the dumps" or feeling low, this is another great time to remember that God didn't put you there.  The enemy, Satan, put you there.  Claim God's Word!  Let Him lift you to those high places and show you the blessed life that comes from claiming His wonderful promises.  God's Word is SUCH a blessing and encouragement to us in our daily lives, and we pray that this scripture will bless and encourage you all!

As always, you are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in our challenges.   We welcome you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-friendly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. You can also link more than one project each week (up to 5 each week). The more you enter, the more you increase your odds of winning.  It is our desire that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".  They have been revised, and we ask that you check them out if you aren't familiar with our challenge guidelines.  Because our ultimate goal is to honor God, we have no other choice but to delete any entries that do not adhere to these guidelines.  Please keep this in mind with Halloween approaching.  While we know that your Halloween cards are all in good fun, they are not appropriate for our challenges, and we don't want to have to delete any entries.  Thanks for understanding!

Thanks for the words of encouragement shared along with the precious scripture verse. Unfortunately, at this particular time my crafting has to be limited. I am so glad that I stopped in for a look at others' creations as the scripture has been a tremendous blessing.
