Thanks for another great challenge last week. We are so blessed, and we praise God for the exciting things we see happening here on our blog. We hope that you find our challenges encouraging, and we want you to know how much we appreciate having you share your God-given talents with us. God is SO GOOD, and we want to lift up and praise His precious, holy name through our art and our challenges. When we tell you that we appreciate your participation, we REALLY mean it. God is using each of you to bless others; including our Design Team and participants. Thank you for being part of something that is bigger than any of us. It's all about Jesus!
This week's word art file is a scripture from Proverbs 27:9 and one of the things it touches on is the sweetness we find in having friends who give us sound, Biblical, Godly and wise counsel. We often tend to "follow our hearts", which only leads to trouble. It's always more important to seek out the advice of mature Christians when we need advice. God gives mature Christians wisdom that can only be attained by a long track record of following Godly principles and seeking after God's will for our lives. So, rather than "following our hearts" or doing what may seem sensible or "feel right", it's always more important to listen to people who have been living for Christ and bearing good fruit for a long time. This would include pastors, deacons, women of faith, etc. who truly have a heart for following Christ. Don't make hasty decisions without really seeking out Godly advice, and always remember that God HAS placed those people in your life for that very reason. It will be like a sweet perfume in your life.
You are welcome to save this week's free scripture/word art file to your computer, but are not required to use it in order to play along in the challenge. We simply hope to have you share your art with us; remembering that Anything Goes as long as it's family-freindly, and uses an encouraging or uplifting sentiment. You can also link more than one project each week (up to 5). The more, the merrier. We just hope that God's Word will be a blessing and encouragement to you each week. If you have any questions about the rules, be sure to read the complete list of rules under our page tab for "Challenge Rules".

Beautiful cards by the DT. God bless you all.
On Wednesdays, your blog is always the first one I visit. It was truly a blessing to see that my card was one of your top 3 this week. What I especially appreciate is the way your design team uses their talents to honor God's Word through this challenge. Thanks for providing the opportunity for the rest of us to do the same.
Nice cards y'all. Thanks for the challenge.
Congratulations, to Melissa. Her work is beautiful. Blessings!
What a beautiful Scripture verse to work with! You've all done an incredible job! Thank you!...Nancy :o)
A wonderful scripture for us to use. It's a bit intimidating to join in a challenge as #59 in the lineup, and 2 days late at that.
Gorgeous DT projects,
have a blessed Sunday
hugs Tamara
I hope my sentiment fits the rules. If not, please delete it...
Great inspiration lades. I have never downloaded anything and not sure of how or if my ink would be OK so used an inspirational stamp!
Beautiful inspiration! I have created with an image, and a hymn (it's a powerful hymn!), so I hope I meet the entry criteria...
hugs and blessings,
Pauline
